Upvivium culinary festival - Local products menu

Promoting the culinary peculiarities of each area, bringing together local producers and restaurants, rediscovering the pleasures of the table and enhancing collaboration among UNESCO Biosphere Reserves: these are some of the purposes of Upvivium, Rassegna gastronomica - menù a Km 0. The concept of the contest has been created by the Alpi Ledrensi - Judicaria, Delta del Po and Appennino Tosco Emiliano Biosphere Reserves, in collaboration with ALMA, the prestigious Italian School of International Cuisine.
